Greenpro KSP Consulting Co., Ltd. was established through the collaboration between the KSP Group in Thailand and Greenpro Capital Corporation from Hong Kong, a publicly listed company on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

Lee Chong Kuang

(FCCA, CPA(HK), CA(M))

Mr. CK is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and holds professional qualifications from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). He has extended his professional practice to cover accounting, taxation, and organizational structuring, with a strong focus on international clients.

In addition to his professional career, CK founded the Cross-Border Business Association (CBBA), a non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to providing information, support, and strategic guidance for members involved in international business investment.

From 1995 to 2013, CK began his career as an auditor across Malaysia, Hong Kong, and China. Following the public listing of GreenPro Capital Corporation in 2013, CK assumed a pivotal role in leading the group’s strategic planning and overall business direction.

Loke Che Chan, Gilbert

(MBA, FCPA, CFP(M), CWM, MHKSI)

Mr. Gilbert served as an Independent Director of ZMay Holdings, a publicly listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, from January to July 2008. During that same period, he also held the position of Financial Director at Asia Properties Inc. and Sino Bioenergy Inc., both of which are listed on the OTC Markets in the United States. He served in these roles in 2011 and 2012, respectively.

With over 30 years of experience in accounting, Mr. Gilbert is a seasoned professional in the field. He received formal training and certification as a Chartered Accountant, having worked at UHY (formerly Hacker Young), one of the leading accounting firms in London, UK, from 1980 to 1988.

His expertise spans auditing, accounting, taxation, international corporate governance, and stock exchange listing advisory. These experiences have shaped him into a recognized specialist in business consulting, risk management, and internal control, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

In addition, Mr. Gilbert is an active member of the CBBA (name in full if applicable) and contributes to the organization by supporting activities that empower its members in areas related to international business development.

Surapa Jamjang

(MBA, CPA(TH))

Ms. Surapa Jamjang is a member of the Federation of Accounting Professions under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King. She brings over 25 years of expertise in auditing, accounting, taxation, and financial control systems.

She has served as a trusted accounting and financial advisor to numerous companies in Thailand and is a frequent guest speaker and trainer in accounting seminars and workshops across various organizations.

Ms. Surapa was the founder and Managing Director of KSP Group, before its merger with Greenpro Capital Corp. She currently serves as the Managing Director of Greenpro KSP Group, where she is responsible for marketing strategy and team leadership.

Ms. Surapa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Siam University, and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Chulalongkorn University.

Prapakorn Saokliew

MBA, CPA(TH)

Mr. Praphakorn Saokliao is a member of the Federation of Accounting Professions under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King. He possesses extensive expertise in auditing, accounting, taxation, and business law, with over 25 years of professional experience.

Mr. Praphakorn was the founder and Managing Director of KSP Group, prior to its merger with Greenpro Capital Group. Today, he serves as the Managing Director of Greenpro KSP Group, overseeing business development and team management across the organization.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Ramkhamhaeng University.
